Traditional methods, such as flames, oil baths, and electric furnaces, are not only costly but also produce coke smoke, odor and waste oil. The application of induction heaters can replace traditional methods to create a safe and clean working environment.
*Quick and no damage
After heating, the bearing expands outward in the cylindrical direction, which can avoid damage during installation. Induction heating is an excellent heating method, and it does not require preheating. Depending on the weight, the bearing can be heated to 120°C in a few seconds or minutes without damaging the pre-lubrication.

In order to meet the requirements of the industrial environment, the design concept of GJ30 induction heater is practicality, reliability, convenience and durability.
Operating procedure:
1: Turn on the power as required, and the host automatically detects the probe and ambient temperature, and displays the ambient temperature at the same time.
2: Press the function button to select the temperature or time control. If you need to adjust the temperature or time, press the up or down key to select the appropriate parameters. When the temperature control is selected, the magnetic probe is adsorbed on the outside of the bearing inner ring. The maximum heating temperature shall not exceed 120ºC
3: Press the start button, the host starts to heat the workpiece, and when the time is set, the host automatically stops heating and automatically demagnetizes the workpiece. During temperature control, when the set temperature is reached, the workpiece is in a constant temperature state. When it is necessary to install, press the stop button.
4: Remove the workpiece to install.
5: To heat the same workpiece, please use time control, please automatically remember the time required for the last heating.
Precautions:
1: The bearing heater automatically detects the probe in the temperature control mode, and cannot be started without the probe;
2: It is strictly forbidden to start without putting on the yoke;
3: When heating the workpiece, try to choose a suitable wearing yoke to improve work efficiency;
4: The maximum bearing temperature shall not exceed 120ºC;
5: Please wear high temperature resistant asbestos gloves when removing the workpiece to prevent burns;
6: Please do not place the probe on the workpiece for a long time to extend the service life of the probe.
